The waiting/office area also contains a ½ bath and parts washing room. It is frame construction with vinyl siding and is approximately 494 sq ft. It is heated by a propane heater vented through the original brick chimney and a window A/C unit mounted in the wall. Most of the lighting is fluorescent or LED, including the ceiling fan.

From the 50" entry way to the office area, the work bays portion of the building is block construction. The manual bay doors are 10’ wide x 8’ high each. Inside, the height to the peak is 13’6”, with 10’ at the front eave 10’ and 9’ at the rear eave.

Included in the sale is the 2-post, 10,000 pound automotive lift and the 80 gallon air compressor. The work bays are heated by a filtered waste oil heater that can be adjusted to use home heating oil. The bays also have a window A/C unit in the wall.
