UPDATE 7/3/24 : The house now has an entire brand new roof with a 50 year transferable warranty, and the house's electric service has been upgraded to a 200 amp breaker box (12/2023). Also, the entire exterior of the house was professionally prepped for paint and at least 1 coat of oil based primer was applied (05/2024).

The exterior photos don't do this house justice. The siding is cedar shake shingles and needs minor repairs before applying a fresh coat of paint.
