(more info and photos of the barn coming soon)
The barn is 28' x 25'6" overall and located directly behind the shop. It has electric service tied underground into the shop. For the past 30 years it was primarily used to store automotive parts and supplies.
The 2-story portion of the barn was built in 1900 and maintains its original post-and-beam construction. The ground floor is mostly rough cut, 2" thick wood planks of varying widths up to 15". The stairway leads to the spacious 16' x 25'6" second floor where you can still see the original live edge roof planks.
The roof slope continues and covers the latter addition allowing for the tall ceilings. That portion of the barn has a concrete floor with a large sliding door on Wells Drive, as well as the double doors facing the house.
