This interesting old house was built in 1870 and boasts its original post-and-beam construction. It's roughly 2700 square feet, has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a dining room, living room, family room, den, kitchen, laundry room, screened porch, and a walk-out basement.

There are still many original features of the house present, such as the mahogany banister, "servant stairs" leading from the kitchen to an upstairs bedroom, doors with skeleton key locks, eave corbels, and wide-plank pine floors to name a few.

It does need some work, some cosmetic, some mechanical, but it has very good bones. It was occupied until 4 years ago when the kitchen renovation was started.
